Originally from Pittsburgh, PA  Shawn has lived quite a few different places, germany, Hawaii, Virgina, California before arriving here in Georgia.  What does this have to do with Bar-B-Que well, with influences from all over I believe that when you have our food you really have something unlike you haven't  had before.  

I am a Pittsburgher through and through as you can guess I bleed black and gold.  I have incorporated a lot of Pittsburgh into my cooking.  Great sausages and kielbasa, perogies and sauerkraut, even my chili was developed in the burgh.

I learned the art of bar-b-que in GA, but it would be a lot different had I never been to Hawaii, and trust me you will appreciate that when you have 1 Scoop of Aimee's Mac Salad.

I believe that I have put together a menu of food that is unlike you have seen before.  Call me to do your next party and your guests will be talking about the food for years to come.
